A country is defined by clearly agreed upon borders.  Countries establish laws to regulate the flow of people in and out of the country both as visitors and new residents.  When those laws are not respected sooner or later chaos will be the order of the day.  America cannot sustain national security, freedeom from terrorism and sustainable economic growth without borders that are recognized and enforced.
