It is time for America to STOP all foreign aid to countries around the world.  America is not a nation created to support all of the nations in the world.  America is not a nation with a burden to stop AIDS in Africa.  The world hates America and it's time for America to quit funding that hate.  Our money could and should be spent at home not overseas.
