Here's the story of a political refugee from Nigeria who was not "gay enough" to get political asylum in Canada.  Of course, our question about giving special treatment, rights and benefits to gay people has always been, 'How Do You Know They Are Gay?".   I guess the time will have to come very soon that in order to claim these "gay" benefits that someone will first have to prove they really are gay.  Should make for some very interesting TV stories from the local courthouse.
